Very satisfied with the installation and performance of our new full fibre broadband from Fibre Nova.
Waited for ages for this and finally we got fibre! The company approached us with letter, then direct contact. They weren't pushy at all just straight talking and honest. They communicated extremely well throughout the process. The team, including the engineers in the street running the cables/wires you got to know and these were professionals as well as friendly. In fact, all the teams from commercial to CX to engineers were great. Well done Fibre Nova, you're a shining example of how to run a company! Don't hesitate to get this product installed!

We are working with Building digital UK (BDUK) to roll out FULL FIBRE OPTIC Broadband, as a part of their RURAL GIGABIT VOUCHER SCHEME. There are many benefits to having a full fibre connection service for residents, business owners, local communities and the UK’s economy, which is why the Government has pledged a £5bn investment to support the roll out and in order to meet their target for ‘copper switch off’ by 2030.
